Shipping and Returns
Where do you ship from?
We are based in Melbourne, Australia and ship from here.
What are your processing times?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order prior to dispatch. However during busy sale periods there may be a further delay in processing.
Will I get a confirmation email once I place my order?
Yes! When your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent immediately to your nominated email address. When the order is processed and being sent out, you will receive another email.

What are your delivery times?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For orders within Australia, once dispatched the delivery estimated time is generally 5-8 business days.
Please be aware that delays beyond our control may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events, postal or delivery strikes, or rural area conditions.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an AusPost shipping confirmation email with a delivery estimate and a tracking link.

How much is shipping?
Shipping within Australia is currently FREE. It is sent out via Australia Post with a tracking number.
Do you ship overseas?
At this stage we only ship within Australia.
However, if you are overseas and interested in our product, please send us an email and we’ll see what we can do!
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
There will be no custom duties or taxes within Australia. At the moment we are not shipping overseas. However, if we do send your item overseas, FLXNFLW is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country or government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you accept returns?
If you are not satisfied with your products you may return them for a refund. We do not accept returns on sale items.
To be eligible for a refund your products must match the following criteria:
- You have purchased the item within the last 30 days
- The product has been returned in its original condition including packaging and tags.
How do you return items?
We really think our sweat towels are the real deal, but if you are not happy with your purchase we are more than happy to offer a refund. Please email us hello@flxnflw.com for a Returns Form. Please note, all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
Change of mind policy
Once an order has been placed, it is considered final. If you change your mind on the design and the item has not yet been dispatched, please send us an email at hello@flxnflw.com and we will change the order for you.
