What are the sweat towels made of and how do they feel?
Our sweat towels are made from high-quality microfibre suede, a soft, lightweight fabric crafted from recycled post-consumer polyester and polyamide. It’s designed to feel smooth on the skin, absorb sweat efficiently, and dry quickly - ideal for workouts or hot yoga.
If you’re new to microfibre, it might feel different from traditional cotton, but once you experience how light, fast-drying, and eco-friendly it is, you won’t look back. Bonus: no more damp, musty-smelling towels.
Why are microfibre towels better than cotton?
Microfibre towels are created to have high absorbency and rapidly dry, making them the perfect sweat gym towel. They are compact, lightweight, and fold easily, making them perfect for travel too.
Since microfibre dries a lot quicker than cotton or linen, our towels don’t have a lingering moist, bad smell that you may normally associate with gym towels. Feel, see, and smell the difference with a FLXNFLW sweat towel.
Will microfibre feel like a 'real towel?'
We get it - if you're used to the soft, fluffy feel of a traditional cotton terry towel, microfibre might feel a little different at first. It won’t feel like your plush home towel and that’s the point. Microfibre is soft, but it’s streamlined for action: ultra-absorbent, quick-drying, and space-saving.

Are the sweat gym towels absorbent?
Absolutely! Our microfibre towels are highly absorbent and can absorb up to 4 times their weight, keeping you clean and dry during your workout. How does it work? Well, the fine fibres in microfibre help trap water within their structure, allowing air to circulate more freely through the fabric, speeding up the evaporation process, thus enabling you to dry off quickly.
What is the sweat towel size?
Our FLXNFLW Sweat Towels are an ideal size at 45 x 95 cms. It’s wide and long enough for a bench at the gym. Personally, I also like to lay it on the floor for push ups, burpees, or situps!
When rolled or folded up, the sweat towel is compact and light. It fits in any backpack, gym tote or even a handbag. It also has a handy hook in the middle of the towel, so it is even more compact and shorter when hung up. Perfect for hanging on the outside of your bag when you’re done with your sweaty sess.
Also ideal for hiking, camping, at the beach, or for travel!
How do I care for my gym towel?
To maintain the high quality of your sweat towel, we recommend washing it separately in a cold machine wash and hanging it out to dry. Avoid using fabric softener, as it can reduce the towel's absorbency over time.

Where do you manufacture?
Our designs are made by us here in Oz, and our collection is produced overseas, where our facilities focus on eco-friendly textiles and sustainable production methods. Many of the top manufacturers for high-performance recycled fabrics are based internationally. After thoroughly researching options within Australia, we decided to manufacture offshore in China to ensure the highest quality standards.
